The Pre-Visit
Prior to your first visit, you will be asked to complete my "New Client Intake and Appointment Request Form". This form will allow you to describe your hair and express your hair needs so I will have a better understanding of how best to serve you. Once you submit your form it will be reviewed and you will be contacted with available times. When you have accepted an available time your appointment will be scheduled and you will received an appointment confirmation with a link. New clients are asked to pay a 50% appointment retainer at time of booking. This will be applied to your hair service balance.
The Consultation
Our visit together will begin with a thorough consultation building on information gathered from your Appointment Request Form. During this consultation we will dive deep into your expectations of our time together. We will discuss everything from your current home maintenance, to how often you would like to return to the salon for upkeep. It is common for New Clients to feel nervous at their first visit to a new salon. I use this time to help you to relax and get comfortable, so you will be confident when I begin the hair service.
After Goodbye
During consultation and throughout your visit we will discuss product recommendations and maintenance. When you leave the salon, you will also have tips on how to maintain your look at home and a future appointment.
When your appointment is completed Melissa will draw an Oracle Card for you to keep as a Mantra.
She will also give you ways to contact her so you can reach out if you have any questions, concerns or ideas for future visits.
