The Pre-Visit
Before your first appointment, you'll be asked to complete a Ritual Request Form. This serves as a digital consultation and helps me get to know your hair history, current needs, and goals so I can provide the most personalized experience possible. Once your form is submitted, I'll review it and reach out with available appointment options. After you select a time/date that works for you, your ritual will be officially scheduled, and you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Please note: If you are Joining the Coven you are required to pay a 50% retainer, at time of booking, to secure the ritual appointment. This retainer will be applied towards your service total, and the balance will be due at completion of your appointment.
The Consultation
Your personalized ritual will begin with a detailed consultation, building on the information you shared on your Ritual Request Form. Together we'll dive into your hair goals, lifestyle, and expectations for our time together. We'll cover everything from your current hair routine to how often you'd like to return for maintenance. It's completely normal to feel a little nervous at your first visit to a new salon- that's why I use this time to help you settle in, feel comfortable, and gain confidence before we begin your ritual service. My goal is to create a relaxing space where you feel heard, understood, and excited about what's next.
After Goodbye
Before you leave the salon,we'll review personalized product recommendations and at-home maintenance tips to help you keep your look fresh between visits. We'll discuss timing for future appointments so you can stay on track with your hair goals.
A Little Hair Magic + A Little Card Magic
When you visit the salon, your service includes a one-card tarot or oracle pull- a tiny piece of guidance to carry with you after your transformation. Sometimes, the card arrives in the salon chair; other times it comes later- whispered through an email or text- when the moment feels right for the message to find you. So if you don't see your card right away, don't worry... The magic is just taking its time.
