FAQ

Question: Why can't I see any appointments on your Online Booking Calender?

Answer: I require all New Client booking inquiries complete my Appointment Request Form . This is a digital consultation form which is intended to streamline the scheduling process for the client as well as the business. This form will take 5-10 minutes for you to complete and will allow me to have all the information I need to find an appropriate appointment slot for you. 

Existing Bombshells can schedule appointments through my online booking site for the current calendar month. If you want to schedule further out please submit an appointment request form.

Question: What products do you use? 

Answer: I do my best to research products and choose to use environmentally concious and naturally derived products for the health and safety of you and myself. The color line I use is Kevin Murphy, as well as the retail. Kevin Murphy is an Australian Brand that goes beyond whats in the product, the packaging is created using 100% Ocean Waste Recycled Materials. For my smoothing systems I chose Cezanne Smoothing Products. This line does not have harsh fumes or chemicals like other toxic brands. Whenever, I must choose to go beyond what I keep in stock, for example with fashion color products, I always choose brands that are environmentally concious and safe.

Question: What is your cancellation policy?

AnswerAny changes to your appointment—including rescheduling, cancellations, or modifying services (e.g., skipping a scheduled color but keeping the haircut)—must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

To make a change, please contact me via text message or voicemail only.

As a courtesy, my booking system will send you a confirmation when you book your appointment. I encourage you to add this to your personal calendar. You'll also receive a reminder message about 48 hours before your appointment, prompting you to confirm and complete any required forms.

The 72-hour notice allows me to accommodate your request and, if necessary, offer the appointment time to another client. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice, there is no penalty.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, and I’m unable to fill the spot within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

I understand that unexpected emergencies happen, and I will review each situation with compassion. In most cases, I offer grace for the first late adjustment.

Question: Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?

Answer:  Due to limited space in my salon I do not permit visitors to accompany the client during their visit. I want your visit to be a truly authentic experience and I find having additional people at your appointment can deter from the one on one experience you're intended to have in my chair.

 

For safety and liability reasons, Children require adult supervision at all times within a salon environment and are only permitted in the salon if they are to be receiving a service.

 

Any additional visitors will be asked to leave the building. Minors ages 13-18 receiving a service and/or any client who requires physical assistance or supervision during their appointment may be permitted one visitor as an exception. Please inform me at time of booking if this accommodation is required.
